Advice for Family Enterprises and Family Business Advising
A Family Constitution or Family Charter is one technical tool, a key document for family enterprises. During the process of drafting a Family Constiution, the family - with the support of our advisers - touches upon sensitive problems that arise in business and family life.
Family and Business
Family and business are two communities which form an intersection in the life of a family business or an entrepreneurial family. This intersection requires the sensitive handling of a plethora of individual and specific issues which no practitioner of a single traditional profession – family or company lawyer, tax adviser, accountant, auditor or psychologist – can deal with and solve alone.
Family business advising
Our consultancy services for family businesses constitute an independent area of expertise.
We train our professionals at the most reputable international institutes and consciously seek domestic and international solutions that are inspiring and workable in practice while constantly cooperating with practitioners in all the traditional fields.
We endeavour to find specific solutions, to share knowledge and to take part in continuous training activities, and have an unswerving commitment to joint development, change and cooperation.
We revel in situations where we can overcome complexity that is unmanageable for other practitioners, make it clear and simple, and transform it into a transparent action plan which is then executed together with the client.
